Senior Property Accountant

Job Description:
Oversee daily accounting functions for multiple entities.

Job Duties:

• Accounts Payable
• Accounts Receivable
• Bank Reconciliations
• Online Banking
• General Ledger Analysis
• R/E Tax, Business Tax and Insurance Schedules
• Monthly Reporting (for Management and Investors)
• Financial Statements

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years experience in property management utilizing property management accounting software systems, preferably Spectra.
• Highly proficient in Excel and Word
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
