Senior Property Accountant
Job Description:
Oversee daily accounting functions for multiple entities.
Job Duties:
- Accounts Payable
- Accounts Receivable
- Bank Reconciliations
- Online Banking
- General Ledger Analysis
- R/E Tax, Business Tax and Insurance Schedules
- Monthly Reporting (for Management and Investors)
- Financial Statements
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in property management utilizing property management accounting software systems, preferably Spectra.
- Highly proficient in Excel and Word
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
