Job description:

This global company is seeking Senior Managers for their SOX Compliance Group.


Responsibilities:

• Management of SOX 404 compliance program

• Implement Protiviti SOX Compliance Portal solution to manage process and ICFR risk assessment for FY2009 and beyond

• Coordinate with Staff to support development and execution of Internal Audit plans and programs

• Manage certain internal audit assignments as appropriate and necessary


Requirements:

• BS in Accounting (MBA preferred) or equivalent

• Minimum of 7-10 years progressive experience in internal audit with SOX 404 experience from inception of SOX requirements to date

• At least one of the following certifications - CPA/CMA/CIA/CICA (or similar)

• Manufacturing background/experience is a MUST
